tacks every 50mm and start stitch welds centre and work out wards. weld, then leave a space etc and give 10 min too cool before going around again.

I stitch welded mine and strapped it to the bench then got it sent off to a diff shop to get checked for straightness

I did mine over a whole day do like 2 50mm stitches at a time spaced appart and had no dramas. Also don’t need to run too hot

Tbh every diff I’ve done and I’ve had to do a few now, pre heat 1/120. None of that stitching shit, send it 2/300mm at a time opposite sides.

I went around and tacked mine and then did 50mm stitch welds moving around to not heat one area up too much
