it's how the system recognizes the transaction when the terminal code had been keyed in. If she has an app she can check if she was deducted more

anywhere i have worked, when money will returned to a credit card it is almost never instant. it's usually 1-5 business days.

If it’s a 70 action code reload it’s a used card so we aren’t suppose to swipe the card. The customer swipes the card they want loaded.
