I had no clue it was this nice inside, they had this amazing of a food selection, and that they have little robots that come serve you. I actually don’t know another spot that does Korean Italian fusion like this. 1901 W Malvern Ave, Fullerton, CA 92833 We to the OC Galbi Korean Banchan with beef rib steak ($50). It is INCREDIBLE. The flavor is so deep and savory and juicy - you’ll want to lick up the sauce. Order this. Then we tried Jjamppong pasta (spicy seafood pasta with soup) $22. Definitely really good - but they have so many other beautiful things on the menu that I might have rather gone with pan roast, the rose pasta, carbonara, or rose tteokbokki. We DID get the pasta al funghi, though, and it was as cheesy and delightful as you’d expect. The fried calamari ($18) is also thick and juicy and the sauce that it comes with is the perfect creamy pairing. If you didn’t know this place existed like I didn’t know, you’ve gotta go give it a try and get that Galbi and some pasta. They also do a brunch that I haven’t tried yet, but they have items like kimchi fried rice, breakfast risotto, and their pork belly chopped steak. . . .
