Lmk! 🥦🥒🥕 ➡️ Recipe: Chop Suey Serves 3-4 - [ ] 3 cups cabbage, cut into large pieces - [ ] 1 head of broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces - [ ] 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4in thick pieces - [ ] 1 medium carrots, sliced into 1/8in slices - [ ] 5-6 cloves garlic, finely minced - [ ] 1 tbsp Cooking oil, I use avocado oil Sauce— - [ ] 3/4 cup water or low-sodium chicken broth - [ ] 1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon - [ ] 1 tsp kosher salt - [ ] 1 tsp sugar Slurry— - [ ] 1 tbsp cornstarch - [ ] 2 tbsp water 1. Cut, wash, dry and rinse vegetables. 2. Combine water, chicken bouillon, salt and sugar. 3. Heat large pan or wok with cooking oil. 4. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds or just until fragrant. Do not brown. 5. Immediately add in all of the vegetables and sauté for 1-2 mins. 6. Pour in sauce. Cover with lid and leave it to steam for 2-3 mins or until sauce is boiling. 7. Uncover and make a pit in the center of wok. Pour in cornstarch slurry, quickly stirring. Sauce will thicken up right away. Turn off heat. 8. Serve with rice or eat by itself.
