Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes. Add fine semolina, flour, butter, and salt. Knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the diced chicken thighs, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, garlic powder, cayenne powder, and cinnamon powder. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
