@jeana.aragon: I started incorporating *exercise snacks* into my week! First of all, how much do we LOVE the name?? Exercise snacks!!! Exercise snacks are bouts of exercise that are really short. Research has shown that exercise snacks improve cardiometabolic health. How awesome is that? I love how these exercise snacks are so doable and time efficient and can help break up a day that would have been more sedentary. I keep my jump rope out so that I can pick it up and do about 150 -200 jumps at a time, multiple times a day. They end up taking about 1-2 minutes a pop, and I think it’s a lot of fun, so I’m going to keep doing them! What is your exercise snack of choice? Or do you prefer a dedicated bout of walking or cardio?
