How to help migraine aura? I’ve been on medication to try stop these plus HRT but still get the aura (tight neck and tingling face and neck) and occasionally migraine every day! It’s getting hard to work everyday

Headaches are awful. I haven’t been able to take hrt because I’m sensitive to progesterone. Thankfully they have agreed to give me a total hysterectomy so I can at least get on oestrogen only . Fed up
