What I mean by this is whatever thoughts or beliefs you have of the markets/ money/ trading/ anything, all that will manifest into your trading. “If you think you can or you can’t. You’re right.” - Henry Ford Many people go into trading still unsure if it’s a scam or that it’s too good to be true. Well guess what, then your results will be unsure. Your results will always be ‘too good to true’. Practical step to overcome this form of self-sabotage is to actually journal (or even better, video record yourself) doing your pre- and post-trading forecasts / ASR. Take note on your language and self talk. ✍🏽💭
