@johnbradfordtucker: 3 family neighborhoods to love in Greenville, SC Here’s a collection of Greenville’s established, family neighborhoods to love in Greenville: 1. Sugar Creek This is one of the most popular neighborhoods in all of Greenville for families for multiple reasons, here a few: - proximity to great schools - close to everything in town - lots of other families in the neighborhood - there’s THREE pools, multiple tennis courts, and community center for parties/events - the established feel of the whole neighborhood (mature trees and landscapes, sidewalks, people always out walking) 2. Foxcroft One of the “sister” neighborhoods, if you will, to Sugar Creek because it’s got a similar vibe with the traditional homes (no cookie cutter here) and mature landscapes. Here are the reasons people love it: - the convenience to Greenville/Taylors/Greer and both major interstates 85 and 385 within 5-10 minutes of the exit - great schools - community center for events/parties with a pool, playground, and field 3. Overbrook Overbrook is the closest neighborhood to downtown Greenville of these three and many folks love that. It is also a historic district and really has that “bacon in time” feel when you drive through. Here’s why people love it: - Classic neighborhood near downtown Greenville (5-10 minute drive, 20-30 minute walk over the new Swamp Rabbit bridge that is super close) - Mature landscapes with beautiful trees - Quiet and peaceful, despite proximity to downtown - One of those “they don’t make them like this anymore” neighborhoods If you want to know more about the homes in these areas, shoot me a DM. #greenvillescrealestate #familyneighborhoods #buyingahouse #buyingahome
