@dallingeorge: The one thing that helped me get to another level in Real Estate investing is realizing that “if there’s a will, there’s a way!” What I mean by this; often times you’ll hear of someone needing to get rid of a home because of a distressed situation but you don’t know exactly what to do to be able to purchase it yourself… therefore resulting in you losing out on what could be a great opportunity. In those scenarios I advise you to write a contract up and “lock up the deal”. After that, utilize your due diligence period to figure it out! Pick up the phone and call people that you know in the industry. Private money lenders, Realtors, financial advisors, etc. I can guarantee you that within a few phone calls you’ll be pointed in the right direction. Change the question you are asking yourself from “can I do this?” to, “How can I do this and how fast can I do this?” And yes, I missed that putt. Sometimes you miss out on deals! But just like in golf, you move on to the next and forget about the missed opportunity!🤠⛳️ #realtor #realestateinvesting #fyp
