Nope. What worked for me is to first find one person in audience that is really listening to you & talk to them, then add one more on the other side.

I try to remember that people ask me to speak because they are genuinely interested in what I have to say. That helps me quite a bit.

I don't do this, but I think the point is to see them vulnerable and that helps with feeling <= to those you are speaking to. 🥰🥰🥰
