I want to not hate myself for having a small window of tolerance 🫠 because that feeling ironically brings me out of my window of tolerance 🤘

How do I make my window of tolerance bigger? Most of my stressors are out of my control, so it's not as simple as reducing stress, unfortunately

But as someone with ADHD, I have to say that it’s very easy for me to deal with going above the window and coming back down. What’s hard is coming up.

So in childhood, what I should’ve gone to therapy for is my ADHD and not because I had “anger issues”
