@kookmutsjes: CHESY PIZZA WITH SOFT DOUGH #food #Recipe #quickfix #Foodie #pizza #tiktokfood #fy #fyp #foryou #foryoupage DOUGH 400 gr flour (all-purpose flour) 7 gr salt (1⅙ teaspoon) 12 gr granulated sugar 9 gr instant yeast (dry yeast) 45 ml olive oil 200 ml water TOMATO SAUCE 70 gr tomato paste 150 ml water TOPPINGS 250 gr grated cheese 150 gr red bell pepper (1 red bell pepper) 150 gr green bell pepper (1 green bell pepper) 75 gr yellow onion (1 yellow onion) 100 gr red onion (1 red onion) Italian seasoning Combine the flour with the yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, and water in a deep bowl. Mix well and knead the dough for 10-12 minutes until cohesive. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place or until it has doubled in size. Roll the dough out onto a floured work surface and roll it into a square. Cut the dough into 9 pieces; you can use a pizza cutter for this. Combine the tomato paste with the water in a bowl. Mix well to make a smooth sauce. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the dough with the tomato sauce and top it with grated cheese, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow onion, red onion, some extra grated cheese, and sprinkle some Italian seasoning over it. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes, or until it has doubled in size. Place the vegetable pizzas in a preheated oven at 200 ℃ (392 ℉). Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the pizzas crust becomes golden brown. Tips: Combine different types of cheese for a richer flavor. Try mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, goat cheese, or feta for variety. After kneading the dough, let it rest and rise. This helps develop the gluten and gives the dough the desired texture. The rising time may vary, but usually, 1 hour in a warm place is sufficient. During the rising period, cover the dough ball with a damp cloth or plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out. Add a drizzle of olive oil on top of the pizza for extra flavor and a crispy crust. If using dry yeast, dissolve it first in lukewarm water (about 37°C or 98.6°F). Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it foams before adding it to the dough. This ensures that the yeast is active. Use toppings of your choice to customize your pizza to your taste preferences. Last but not least, enjoy your homemade pizza with family and friends!
