I’ve been on both sides of this and it is way easier to be the stay at home. Unless your kid is under two. Those are some rough years.

if you plan your day and week well you can do cleaning, cooking and take some leisure time like go to gym or go shopping. That way it's 50/50

depends, cleaning doesn't need to be done everyday, cooking can be done in around an hour for each meal plus laundry maybe once a week
