as a service dog handler myself, have your service dogs labeled in some way. it helps especially in a emergency setting

They are not required by ADA but society, businessess, establishments, etc do ask purposely when SD don’t have any vest or something on them

if I go out with my girl unvested everyone is touching her. when she is vested 1/2 of the people leave her alone. This is why my girl is vested.

100 percent! However, I’ve found that putting a vest on my SD reduces the amount of ppl trying to both us. Therefore, I do both.
