This is great but is very inconsistent and incorrect with how schools teach graphemes and phonics. This would totally confuse a child.

For me as an adult who can form letters correctly, around the donut & down the drink doesn’t work, because the drink is taller than the donut

How about going up the straw and down the drink. I have trouble with this. The ascender is not being taught. It’s around up and down

used too have a writing book with a colour scheme for each level of writing once you got too purple level and completed it got given a fountain pen

Can I ask why children still have to use joined up writing? My 8yr old prints beautifully. Joined up? It’s a hot mess!! 😂

what about a left hander, teachers only teach how to do it with right hands, as a left hander you can't see what your doing as the hand is over it
