As a hypnotherapist I can tell you everyone can be hypnotized but how they go into state depends on their learning style.

Not autistic but ADHD, I have tried to be hypnotized for pain relief and I was never successfully hypnotized

I’m actually a hypnotherapist and perhaps it would work better in a one on one setting for you. Less noice and distractions.

My wife is autistic and can be hypnotized easily. She also maladaptive daydreams. But I have Aphantasia and can not be hypnotized at all
