I use resmed CPAP machine, i scored 98 for my overnight sleep study at a facility. I haven’t spoken to my doctor but I’ve been mouth taping while using my CPAP machine. I think I feel better?

Actually helps me to not snore. I use tape I can breathe through. Just keeps jaw from relaxing which results in less snoring.

For me, I sleep more deeply and have more vivid dreams. My husband stopped snoring when he started taping. We can never go back!
