tried it, forgot to add the egg. delicious. Just careful not to burn the oats while also making sure they are fully cooked before removing from the heat. some of you might not like the smell and texture as some folks I made it for didn't like it.

I did savory oats using some leftover Thai red curry soup, topped it with prawns and scallions, and then a drizzle of sesame oil. That was the best
