Technically we aren’t suppose to sleep with a pillow to avoid neck and back pain so body is aligned.

I have 1. They also cause migraines after a few days. Too firm. I opened an Isotonic Indulgence, added it to my coop pillow. 4-5 large handfuls of each. Done. No migraines since. Perfection!!!
