I love their uniquely fluffy and soft texture and the best thing: they’re easy to make at home! 🥳 Much love Maya ✨ RECIPE (12 buns, 2h prep time): -2 1/2 cups (310g) flour -1/2 Tsp baking powder -a pinch of salt Mix -1/2 cup (125ml) lukewarm plant milk -1 Tbsp instant yeast -1/3 cup (80ml) water -2 Tbsp sugar -2 Tbsp oil Whisk together and add to the dry mix. Knead for about 5mins (add more flour if needed). Cover and let it rest for 1h. Divide the dough in 12 pieces and shape into balls. Flatten the balls, brush one side with oil and clap. DIY steamer: place a colander over a pot with boiling water. Steam for 10-12mins. Sie sind so schön weich und fluffig und das Beste: Sie lassen sich ganz einfach zu Hause zubereiten!
