@astha_eats: 1 tbsp Cumin 1 cup semolina ½ cup greek yogurt Veggies of choice- I used finely Cho onions and bell peppers Oil ¾ - 2 cups of water Salt to taste Add a cup of coarse semolina to a bowl along with ½ cup of greek yogurt and ¾ cup of water. Mix till a batter forms. Add more water as needed- the consistency of the batter should resemble a pancake batter and should coat the back of a spoon. Let batter rest for 15-30 minutes so the semolina can absorb the water. You might need to add more water after the batter has rested. Add salt to taste and 1 tsp cumin seeds to the batter. Pour batter on a hot gridle and add toppings of your choice. Flip and cook both sides evenly. Serve with chutney #uttapam #indianrecipe #savorybreakfast #quickrecipes #fewingredients
