Alkaline water is useless. It reacts instantly with stomach acid and neutralizes. Eat "alkaline-forming" foods that break down into alkaline elements AFTER absorption in intestines.

I drink lots of water daily but i suffer from heavy reflux acid which i think it's the one that caused me mass growth in my brain 🧠. I think it depends on an individual body's reaction to anything, if something wants to attack our bodies, irrespective of what you eat or drink or how healthy, it will still attack 🤷♀️

The statement seems idealistic. In reality, everyone's body is different. Even if we were all perfectly healthy, we would still need vitamins and minerals for preventive care.

Our tap water tastes like a penny or acidic. Sometimes like chlorine. Bottled waters have a weird heaviness to them. I like alkalines lighter mouth feel. & its not sweet. Its like drinking a cloud. 🌥

I use one every day. Acidic from 1 to 6.5, Neutral from 6.6 to 7.6, Alkaline from 7.7 to 14.
