@tylerpath: I see some beginners tapping / touching the dumbbells together at the top of the movement (generally accompanied by a super pronated grip as well as overly-flared elbows). Ideally, you want around 45-60 degrees of shoulder abduction on bench press. Thus, tilting your wrist angle slightly diagonal will naturally align your elbows in that range. As far as touching the dumbbells together, that’s totally unnecessary because of the direction of resistance being directly downward. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
