@dejashu: 15 minute spicy garlic sesame noodles 🍜 As part of @BBC Good Food’s Reclaim Your Weekend series, we’re kicking off the weekend in style with this easy noodle recipe. You will need: 150g noodles 1 clove of garlic, minced 1 heaped tsp chilli oil 1.5 tbsp tahini or Chinese sesame paste 1.5 tbsp Chinese black vinegar 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce 1 egg 1 spring onion, diced and separated into white and green parts Sesame seeds to garnish Method: 1. Cook the noodles in boiling water following pack instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. Add light soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, tahini, sesame oil and chilli oil to a bowl and mix until it becomes a smooth sauce. 3. Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and mix well until each strand is covered in the sauce. 4. In a pan, fry the white parts of the spring onion and minced garlic, then crack an egg over the top. 5.
