@yourbodycbd: No cooking involved....If you love eggplant, your going to enjoy this! I only used 3 eggplant for this video, but normally would use 5-6 eggplant to fill the jar. If you like spicy, you can add some crushed red pepper flakes to the mix. You can also use vegetable oil instead of olive oil, just make sure the oil sits above the mix in the jar. This only lasts like 2 days in my house so I leave on counter, but you can refrigerate for longer use. I use the leftover flavored oil to dip Italian bread slices in or add to salad..yum! #eggplant #appetizer #italianfood
