@sohonutrition: TIRAMISU CHOCOLATE CHIP BAKED OATS ☕️🍫 If your a coffee lover, then you will love this baked oats recipe. It’s so filling and moreish! Save for some future breakfast inspo ☝🏼 •378 kcals •29g PRO, 48g CHO, 8g FAT Serves 1: -30g of oats -25g of vanilla protein powder (I use @myprotein) -1 tsp of baking powder -50g of banana mashed -1 shot of espresso -A drop of unsweetened almond milk (add as you go but don’t make it runny) -15g of chocolate chips Topping: -50g of 0% of non fat Greek yoghurt -2-3 drops of mocha flavor drops -Cocoa powder for dusting Method: 1. Mix the oats, protein powder and baking powder together. Add in the espresso, banana and a little milk. Mix in half the chocolate chips and then use the rest to place on the top. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 30 mins. 2. For the topping, mix the yoghurt, mocha flavor drops together. 3. Let the oats cool a little before adding on the yoghurt mix.
