@wufitness: Having a structured workout routine will get you far better results than working out the muscles that “don’t feel sore “ or doing random exercises every time you walk in the gym If you did the bench press for 135lb for 10 reps next time : 140lb for 10 reps Following that : 145lb for 10 reps You KNOW you are progressively overloading vs if you were to … Switch bench ▶️ dumbbell press ▶️ cable chest press ▶️ machine press ▶️ incline barbell press Yon won’t know if you are actually progressively overloading because each exercise is different If you guys are doing a x4 week workout program with : 2 Upper days / 2 Lower days I would recommend having 2 different upper body days & 2 different lower body days Ex. Upper A Upper B These exercises would be different from each other , but you would repeat them for 6-8 weeks before switching those exercises in your next phase of training If you do this and track your workouts here and aim to beat your last weeks numbers in weight or reps … you will see much better progress 💯 You guys have to try the best tasting protein here I just got “ peanut butter cups” from EHP Labs .
