GLUTEN FREE ARTISAN BREAD✨ This might be the most magical recipe of all time. A light and fluffy gluten free loaf of freshly baked bread in just a few simple steps. Flour bread basket well and allow dough to rise 45 minutes longer in the bread basket.  Preheat oven to 475°F. Line dutch oven with parchment paper and transfer dough into dutch oven, round side up. Score dough with a bread lame or sharp knife in the shape of a ‘t’ then bake covered for 35 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 425°F. Remove lid and bake uncovered 30 minutes longer until crust is golden brown in color (if crust is not golden you can raise temperature back to 475°F and bake uncovered ten minutes longer).
