Replying to @nourelhoudaarbi One of the Best Brownies You Will Have, You Must Try It, It's Easy to Make!!! 🍫🤎 Note: This recipe is for a 23cm x 5cm (9-inch x 2-inch) pan. If you have a smaller pan, simply halve the ingredient quantities. Ingredients: ● 340 g (12 oz) good-quality chocolate, semi-sweet ● 255 g (18 tbsp) butter, melted ● 350 g (1 3/4 cups) sugar ● 3 large eggs ● 3 tsp vanilla extract ● 160 g (1 1/4 cups + 1 tbsp) all-purpose flour ● 40 g (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) cocoa powder ● 1 1/2 tsp salt Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line the baking pan. 2. Melt half of the chocolate (170g or 6 oz) and chop the other half into small pieces. 3. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating vigorously after each addition. This step is important for a light and fluffy texture. Stir in vanilla extract. 4. Gradually add melted chocolate to the mixture, stirring continuously. 5. Stir flour and cocoa powder into the mixture, then add the salt. Mix slowly and gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing the batter as it can result in dense brownies. Stir until the dry ingredients are no longer visible, but be careful not to overmix, as you want to keep the air in the batter. 6. Fold in the chopped chocolate. 7. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. 8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be cautious not to overcook the brownies as they can become dry. It's better to slightly undercook them for a fudgy texture. 9. Cool completely before cutting into squares. 10. Enjoy the fudgy brownies! 💞 #brownies #brownierecipe #browniesrecipe #chocolate #chocolatelover #fudgybrownies #fudgybrownie #chocolatecake #baketok #baketok👩‍🍳 #EasyRecipe #chewybrownie #chewybrownies #Foodie #foodtiktok #bakingaesthetic #bakingaestheticrecipes #bakingvideo #homemade
