@jm.fitness23: One of my biggest flex is that hindi ko kinukumpara yung sarili ko sa ibang tao. I'm more focused on getting things done that's why hindi na ako magtataka kung bakit madami na ako na achieve for myself compared for the last yrs of my life since I started changing my life. And one of the lessons that I found is that if you want to improve yourself you must willing to SUFFER at ipagpaliban muna yung mga dating ginagawa mo,and from that suffering you must enjoy the grind or journey because that's the most important thing rather than the results kase dyan ka mag go-grow as a person. One of the reasons why hindi mo nakukuha yung goals mo dahil lagi ka naka focus sa results at lagi ka naghahanap ng shortcut para lang makuha mo yung goal na gusto mo kase lagi ka nagmamadali. Patience is a skill that you can learn through the journey. Always be great full kung ano man yung meron ka ngayon kaya imbis na mag reklamo ka sa situation mo ngayon...what if gumawa ka ng paraan para magbago yung buhay mo? what if mahalin mo muna yung sarili mo bago ka mag mahal ng ibang tao? Kaysa naman lagi ka naka focus sa achievement ng iba tapos ikaw wala kapa nagagawa para sa sarili mo. #gym #gymprogress #workout
