@idabergfoth: PROTEIN ICE CREAM RECIPE! 🍨 …that you really do not want to miss out on. The 310 calories that will fill you up and aid your fitness journey. Macros: 28g of carbs 11g of fats 27g of protein 100.000g of soul food factor. So this is how simple this was! 1️⃣ Poured 400g of almond milk into the container 2️⃣ Added 15g of Jello-o and 30g of protein (level1 Pumpkin spice that can be found in my link in bio and my stories, so thankful for you using my link when shopping at 1stphorm) 3️⃣ Blended it all together and placed it in the freezer over night (or at least 8 hours) 4️⃣ Took it out and blended it in my ice cream machine, BUT hey you do not HAVE to have one to make this work, it simply only makes the texture amazing but the flavor is still there if you do this in a blender or just let the entire blend melt down a bit and then enjoy it. Ps. If you do have a Creami, make sure you let the container sit out for 15min or so before start to process it in the machine. I also like to rinse it under some warm water right before starting the process. 5️⃣ When the blend had reached perfect texture, I added 10g of sugar free chocolate chips and 1 square of graham crackers. 6️⃣ Then I went for it and wow it was so good.
