@akessonellen: My #trainingjourney started with #swimming at the age of 5, which I didn’t really like and quit after 11 years. This led to me starting going to the #gym in 2016 at the age of 17 and got my #personaltrainer education 2019 which made a big difference. In periods I’ve been bigger or smaller depending on diet but in the end I’m a human with a full set of arms, legs etc that for the most of the time works pain free, which I am very grateful for 🥰 Been having issues with diet from an early age where I got forced to eat because I hated food, to binge eating and constantly thinking of my next meal 🥘 Being active in any way has always been important to my #MentalHealth and I’m happy I found a way of doing it that gives me joy 🤍 Thanks to this I’m way stronger both physically and mentally and I’ve learned to believe in myself 🌟
