How To Lose Weight Fast 1. Make sure your in a calorie deficit / eating right. Simple Rules You Can Follow All of you meals should have: - 5-8oz of a lean protein source (ex: Turkey breast) - A lot of veggies on your plate - A small portion of carbs/starches (ex: 1/2 cup of rice - Snack on fruit or a protein bar/cookie - Avoid or drastically limit fast food, processed food and sugary snacks. (Maybe eat that stuff 1 time a week or less.) 2. Do 45-60 minutes of cardio 5-7 days a week. (Ex: Walk outside) 3. strength train atleast 2 times a week for atleast 20 mins.
