Dice your onions and green onions 2. In a bowl, combine your honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and sesame oil and then add in your onions and meat and mix well to make your bulgogi 3. In a pan coated with spray oil on medium heat, cook your bulgogi on too it off with your green onions 4. Remove the bulgogi and then cook a sunny side up egg 5. Cut off the stem of your lettuce and peel 2 of the outer layers of your iceberg lettuce 6. Layer the 2 layers of lettuce on top of each other and add in your cooked rice, bulgogi, kimchi, fried egg, and top it off with furikake. 7. Roll it like a burrito and wrap it with sandwich paper and enjoy! 8. Pro tip: Make the bulgogi in advance and assemble your wrap the day you plan to eat it (takes less than 5 minutes) or else it will get soggy if you assemble the wraps and store them overnight. 📩 Save this Kimbap Lettuce Wrap recipe to make for later and if you make it, post it and tag me in it!
