we've had wrong items before, and Door Dash for some reason doesn't give the option for "Wrong Item" or "Partially wrong" 🤷🏻

Not hard!! When they order give them a number that they tell the driver before they receive the food. Driver then types in No. Been in uk for ages! 😏

In my city, McDonalds seals all their bags with stickers/tape. It is the store’s responsibility to check the order. DD are NOT allowed to unseal it.

I have marked things as partially wrong when something like that has happened. Saying didn’t get the order at all is wrong.

Even when you say wrong order or partial order it takes an act of congress to get money back… even with pictures submitted…. I don’t use them anymore
