@magebymoonlight: Details in caption ⬇️ Here are a few of my favorite kinds of spells to work with, and when / how I use them:⁣ ⁣ ☾ Spell Jar / Bottle / Bowl / Sachet - Used for drawing in and retaining certain energies or intentions. A good choice when you want to see sustained results over a longer period of time. Examples: a protective witch bottle, a money bowl, or a ludic dreaming sachet.⁣ ⁣ ☾ Fire / Candle Spells - The element of fire is associated with transformation, and can be used for creating / calling in or destroying / banishing. A good choice for rapid, one-time manifesting or releasing. Examples: burning a bay leaf or lighting an anointed candle to manifest a desire.⁣ ⁣ ☾ Enchanted Objects - Talismans, amulets, etc. Often used for blessing the wearer / holder / keeper of the item. A good choice when you want to see sustained results over a longer period of time. Examples: jewelry enchanted for confidence, or a charm for home protection.⁣ ⁣ ☾ Knot Magic - Used to secure and store specific energies or intentions. A good choice when you want to see sustained results over a longer period of time. In some cases, the magic happens when the knots are released. Examples: a witch’s ladder used to bless or curse someone, or a knot that can be untied to release the wind.⁣ ⁣ ☾ Sigils & Petitions - Used to manifest specific desires, in a wide variety of circumstances. A good choice when you have a clear, defined intention. Can produce both immediate and sustained effects.
