@crowdedkitchen: Hazelnut Coffee Vodka | Episode 14 of Infuse Your Booze! ☕️🍸 RECIPE: 3/4 cup dark roast coffee beans, lightly crushed 3/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, lightly crushed 1 tsp vanilla extract or a vanilla bean (optional) 3 cups vodka Toast hazelnuts for 5-10 minutes in a skillet over medium heat, then remove as much of the skins as possible by rubbing them off with a kitchen towel. Gently crush the hazelnuts and coffee beans with a kitchen mallet or a food processor and add to a clean jar with the vanilla and vodka. Seal tightly with a lid and let sit in a cool, dark place for 5 days. Strain, then move back into a clean jar and store in a cool, dark place and enjoy within 6 months. 🍸Espresso Martini recipe: 2 oz hazelnut coffee infused vodka 1 oz freshly brewed espresso 1/2-1 oz simple syrup Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
