@_juliarene: We lost another 3 pounds this week and we get a high carb day🎉 1. Mental Health Check: Feeling less stress this week and managing it very well!! This morning I was struggling with those little voices in your head that tell you that you can’t do this, but that’ll happen and it’s nothing I can’t handle 2. Physique Check: My body is looking tighter by the day! Losing weight consistently, but losing strength in the gym. My high carb day went so well I lost weight after it which is a good sign! 3. Spiritual Check: Not feeling as connected to my why this week honestly because I’ve been going at this for 6 months and sometimes I just get tired ,but that’s okay I know what I need to do to re connect to my purpose🙏 ✨LIVE WOMENS RETREAT IS SO CLOSE!!
