Creamy Balochi Chicken Ingredients: 600 gms chicken cubes 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 cup yogurt 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp coriander chopped 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp cumin powder 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp oregano 2 tbsp oil 3 tbsp butter 2-4 green chilies For White Sauce 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp flour 2 garlic chopped 1 cup milk Half cup thick cream 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp parsley/ coriander 4 tbsp Mozzarella cheese Black pepper crushed, coriander for garnish Marinate the chicken with all the mentioned ingredients, in a pan add oil and butter, cook on medium high heat on both sides for 7-8 minutes until fully done,add green chilies,cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium low heat , set aside In a another pan make white sauce, add butter,flour, stir 2-3 minutes,add garlic, onion,cook 6-7 minutes,add milk and cream mixture,with spices, keep stirring and cook for 4-5 minutes until it thickens.
