I do this, but I the Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crusts. The croissants are too sweet, to me. I also put a layer of refried beans on the bottom, first.

Yummmy!!!My mom use to make a Mexican casserole with a crescant bottom with ground beef, chips, beans, sour cream and cheese. Ao good.
