Antwort auf @Preshy The biggest thing I've learned during my weight loss journey is to give yourself TIME. Take advice, learn from others, but also learn what actually works for YOU and what you can realistically maintain long term. For me, that meant making healthier versions of foods I already loved, switching things like sugary drinks for zero alternatives, slowly changing my eating habits and finding exercise I actually enjoy. My gastric sleeve helped me tremendously and gave me the start I needed, but changing my lifestyle has been a process that continued long after surgery. I'm still learning, and I definitely didn't explain everything perfectly in this video there's so much more I could say about this.
