@nick_kratka: REDFISH CATCH AND COOK W/ @BassBanshee Growing up I always thought redfish were so cool. They get MASSIVE and for some reason I thought they were protected. When I got to Northern Florida, my guide told me they were on the menu which got me super excited. The day started out slow without a single redfish biting my hook. BassBanschee caught about 12 before I got one on my line. After a bit of patients and my guide coaching me to a fish, I finally got a bite! Redfish are very interesting compared to most other species. With their diets and coloration changing throughout their lives, you’ll never know what the redfish on the other end of your line will look like until you bring it up. Not to mention their false eyes are unique to each redfish! Redfish has got to be one of my favorite tasting fish so without further ado here’s the recipe. RECIPE: Redfish Paprika Garlic Powder Onion Powder Salt Black Pepper Generously season fillets on both sides, throw in a pan with butter and olive oil until thoroughly cooked. Cook times may vary depending on the size of your fillets. I cooked mine for 5 minutes on each side. Let me know what you want me to catch and cook next and tag creators you want me to collab with! 🎣 🥘 #redfish #redfishfishing #catchandcook
