@rowleyadventures: Teaching Cashy the first step in doing a tail stall. It’s a fairly simple little trick that will help her a ton on any mini ramp she skates. Actually it will help her with a bunch of tricks she may desire to learn in the future. When I skate with her, we mostly just have fun doing things that are familiar to her. However sometimes things this one happen and I remember “oh yeah that’s a simple easy trick to learn” so then I try to teach her. What I love is how she learns about it, knows the risk is minimal and gives it a go. Has a few tries on her own where speed is either too slow or waaayyy too fast. Then I hold her hands to let her get the feel for it and as you can see she stomps it right away. I’m super proud of this little girl of ours. She’s the best friend I never knew I needed. To be honest, I’m kinda glad that I hurt my knee and had to slow down as much as I have. Yeah it sucks recovering but it has allowed me to be so attentive to her in anything she is learning. My focus is not on anything but her safety while she progresses. All that said. I for sure can’t wait for us to be able to cruise the park together just like we do the mountains! #Skateboarding #skatergirl #daddysgirl #dadlife #idahome #boise
