@sydneydanceco: Before flying off for our International Tour, here’s Company dancers Piran Scott and Morgan Hurrell rehearsing their duet for Rafael Bonachela's new work ‘Somos’ as part of our first Up Close series premiering in the Neilson Studio later in November. Set & Costume Designer, Kelsey Lee has designed each costume individually and works closely with each dancer to ensure a comfortable fit as they evolve and take on new looks. Now in Madrid, the Company continue the choreographic process at Teatros del Canal Choreographic Center as Rafael Bonachela draws inspiration from his home country and cultural roots to imbue ‘Somos’ with a distinct Spanish flavour.
