@a_different_spectrum: Footwork is so important when it comes to moving with flow arts, I’m always surprised how difficult the balance can be in the dark 😅. What I really love about flow arts is the muscle memory and how moves that can seem very complicated are so easy like breathing, that’s why flow arts is so relaxing to me. I do love a good challenge and trying to push myself further with new skills 🙂.
