@retsepty_mira: Казан кебаб 🤤 Ну очень вкусное блюдо, которое можно приготовить и на праздничный стол😋 Ингредиенты: ✅ мясо ( говядина или баранина) ✅ картошка ✅ морковь ✅ перец ✅ чеснок ✅ масло растительное ✅ соль, специи Овощи и мясо нужно нарезать на крупные части, кроме перца, его готовила целиком. Достаточно большое количество масло разогреть и на сильном огне поочерёдно обжарить. Овощи готовятся очень быстро их не нужно жарить до готовности, а буквально до золотистого цвета. В последнюю очередь мясо , вот его нужно обжарить и немного потушить под крышкой. Затем, почти к готовому мясу выложить овощи не забывая посолить и приправить , добавить стакан воды, закрыть крышкой и ещё тушить до готовности на медленном огне.
