I would say one technique that always look flattering on hooded eyes (or any eyes for that matter) is Cut Crease. People ask me often about the creative makeup tutorial, and for me cut crease is a good way to start. I use the same cut crease techniques almost in all of my looks. If you can master Cut crease, you can do anything bebee did you know Cut Crease was originated in the Drag Queen community? Cut Crease involves creating a sharply defined crease on the eyelid, often using contrasting eyeshadow colors, to accentuate and define the eyes dramatically. The goal is to create a pronounced separation between the eyelid and the brow bone, giving the illusion of larger, more expressive eyes. Basically, due to the male facial anatomy where the length between the eyebrows and the eyes shorter, making eye makeup really hard to see, Cut Crease is creating Faux crease and playing with the light and shadow to give the illusion of deep set eyes, basically like a contour. Drag performers have long been at the forefront of pushing boundaries in makeup artistry, experimenting with techniques to transform their appearance on stage and in performance settings. Over time, these techniques have gained recognition and popularity beyond the drag community, becoming staples in mainstream beauty and fashion.
