Texas here & all vehicles are in my husband’s name. I have never had an issue paying registration for any of them. He is never present when doing so.

In Ky, I HAD to pay my parents car taxes/fees of their vehicles without my name before I could renew mine. It depends on states regulations/laws.

Same. My husband’s name is on most our vehicles. I don’t give two shits. Community property regardless of who’s name is on it. People are dipshits.
