@reikimatt: Reiki Love Booster 💜 Wherever you are right now or whatever you are going through, I’m sure you could use an extra boost of love. 🥰 To get the most out of this video, I recommend finding a nice, quiet place to sit or lie down. Become aware of your breathing, and place a hand on your heart, drawing in loving white energy from Source down through your crown with each breath. Bring this energy into your heart. See your heart growing brighter as a vibrant shade of green. With each exhale, allow this green light to expand throughout your body and all around you. I encourage you to also write some loving affirmations to recite at this time as well. Practice this a few times a day, or whenever you feel yourself getting agitated, upset, or anxious. The thing to remember, is the love is always available to you. It weaves its way through everything in our world, and exists within you in great abundance. When you shift your vibration back to love, it is truly endless. I love you, and thanks for watching. -Matt #reiki #asmrvideo #visualasmr #asmr #reikihealing #energyhealing #reikimatt #Love #loveyou #loveyourself
